I've tried 4 different types of gummies. Frankly, laughing Buddha (sativa strain) was my favorite for a awhile but they seem to be always out of stock. So I did my research and Indacloud is exactly what I was searching for in a gummy. To make a long story short....lol I love them. I only take about a 1/3 of a gummy and it's perfect for me.

Should b one star but not there yet they sent my package messed up on the shipping info it has been floating around nd for now 3 days and customer service was as useful as tits on a bull all they kept saying is when we get it back we will resend leaving 2 stats hoping it get some place with them

I ordered gummies and some moon rocks; the gummies are packed in plastic containers but the moon rocks arrived smashed like a pancake. I have sent four emails with No Response. I will Not be reordering from this overpriced, understaffed company.

The only issue I have with Indacloud is the lack of notifications regarding my orders. Otherwise, your product is excellent and you ship in a timely fashion.

Too expensive for .3% thca hemp. Tastes and smells so awful!!! Left a review 3 times on their website. It's never there when I refresh the page. Only the reviews that say how awesome the product is are visible. So they aren't even honest either.

Still waiting for my package. If you complain to customer service and your package is still in route they will change the shipping route to make it longer. Petty customer service a real shit company that will screw you. These people need to refund you! Stay away!

After much confusion, a bunch of emails and a bit of time, everything got straightened out and I must admit, Indacloud has some great products. I would give them 5 stars but the issue with shipping was bad.

While there was initial concern about the package being lost, we're glad to see UPS's investigation worked and it was ultimately located and received. Per your request, we also issued a full refund to ensure you weren’t left waiting during the resolution process. We understand your concerns about the Protect Plus claim process and the unexpected follow-up emails. The recent shipment notification appears to have been triggered in error, and we’re actively reviewing why it included different shipping and charges than your original order. The only problem I ever had with them was a shipping issue caused by USPS. Other than that Every single time I order from them every thing has been top quality, no complaints. Even customer service was helpful and easy to communicate with. Hats off to Indacloud.
