Hi Merissa, we apologize for this undesirable out of stock scenario. At times, our inventory moves so quickly that we over sell, and we are forced to immediately cancel an order. It's rare and we hate when it happens. We hope you found a good phone for a decent price elsewhere.

The Iphone 11 had to be returned
The Iphone 11 had to be returned. My carrier, Sprint/Mobile said they could not connect the phone for whatever reason. I returned the phone and am very happy to report that a full refund was issued. I was very much relived and would not hesitate to order from incrediblephones again.
