Hi David, we always offer free returns and exchanges if you're unsatisfied with your order. Let's connect via email to coordinate an exchange! Typically, app download issues are solved via software update on initial setup. Our phones must have zero speaker issues, and you're covered against defects for a full year. Please reply to our email so we can get you a replacement sent via express 2-day!

I needed two devices but Crisp could not provide them with a four-day lead time.

Thank you for reaching out last month via our online chat before placing your Oculus Quest VR order. As a small business, we sometimes run out of stock on VR inventory. We are working closely with manufacturers to be able to work through inventory shortages better in the future. We are glad we never collected payment for this order and we regret not being able to satisfy this order.
