Though I didn't get the color iphone 8 I ordered, I am certain they sent me the white one because it was in better condition, caring about what you send your customers is important, great job, thanks!

We ordered an iPhone 7 for Verizon at a great price to replace my daughter's phone that had water damage. When it arrived it was not compatible with the Verizon network! To make matters worse, we were leaving on vacation in 2 days and would be gone for 2 weeks. My teenage daughter was not happy about the prospect of a 26 hour cross country drive without her phone! I jumped on chat from the Incredible website and they shipped us a replacement phone to our hotel. They even added expedited shipping free of charge. It was a bit inconvenient that they messed up our order, but they still get 5 stars because of their excellent customer service!
