Great Item. Got it for the kids had more fun with it myself! Didnt work great initially but after a bit of research found that the paper needed 'airing' as it comes slightly damp. Can sometimes be a bit fiddly and require extra work but all in all very hapy

My Tracking Number stated that instead of being delivered, my package was being held at my local Post Office. When I arrived at the Post Office, I was told that my package was being held for Postage Due. If I wanted my package, I would have to pay $11.20 for Shipping. I reluctantly paid it. When I got home and opened my package, there were only two wands in it and nothing else. No packing slip, no note from Incendio, and most importantly, no 600 extra Flash Paper shots that I had paid for. The Senders information was only: Bruce E. 93rd Street Chicago, IL. 60617 Yeah... The actual toy is great. Easy to put together and the little guy loves it. It came in a timely manner but the box arrived completely crushed on one corner. Luckily the toy was not damaged but only because it was the small bag of plastic food that was under that corner. But I would order again from this company.

The wand stopped working right away. Customer support refused to replace or refund stating it was over 10 days to return. But the delivery was about 20 days and we went on vacation. So, were not able to check upon arrival. Poor quality and customer service.
