Please please please….. save yourself a headache and your money. NONE of the reviews on the site are real. They charged me an extra $29.99 for a subscription when I didn’t sign up for it and I emailed them immediately. They responded 3days later saying they would cancel the subscription but would not give me my money back. I paid for extra for priority shipping and they said I would receive my item by the 30th of October. I paid extra for priority shipping to ensure I get them by then because they are for Halloween and I will not receive the items until after Halloween. I have been asking for a refund for 3 days since the items are not ready and they refuse to answer. They shipped my items on the 29th after several emails stating I no longer wanted the items and wanted a refund. I have opened a case against them and was told to het rid of the card I used due to them being a shady company. Please save your money. The BBB has given them an F. Again, none of the reviews on their site are real. I wrote a review and it never posted. Be very aware of them.

Deceiving on delivery. Came from china sitting in customs. If you want to wait until next October be my guest and order from this company. If I would have known it was coming from china I would not have ordered it

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Paid for expedited shipping and never received a tracking number. Never received my order. This website is a SCAM.

Shipping it's almost a month and I still haven't received my wand

Unable to ship product in a timely manner. When a problem was discovered i asked for a refund. Instead, they issued a new tracking number. Its been 3 weeks and I still didn't receive it. Shop anywhere else but here.

I order terrefier jump suit and mask and only got mask

Great product but a Christmas gift for my wife. Soft but hope it fits
