Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

Purchased magic wands and then they enrolled us in a $29.99 subscription service that we never signed up for. Reading on the internet it looks like this is a common practice of the company and a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. I bought this product around mid December with fast shipping promised in the purchase. The proudct did not arrive until mid January and was supposed to be a christmas present. After having a friend give the product to the recipient, because I had to travel out of the country, I was extremely disappointed to hear that the product was completely defective. After inquiring with a friend who also bought the product and experienced the same thing, I am incredibly disappointed with the organization as a whole. I reached out to inquire about the refund policy and was met with an automated response indicating that I was past the date — no help whatsoever. This is a waste of time and would not recommend.

Great water shoes. I 💕 them. Fast delivery.

If I could give them negative stars I would!!! First off it took a month to get the product. The first time using it it broke!!! I immediately sent them an email with all sorts of pictures of the broken clippers. From there they argued with me back and forth about giving me my money back. And NOW THEY JUST FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!! Do not buy from this company it is a complete scam and needs to be shut down.

The product quality was terrible, and on top of that, they automatically enrolled me in a $29.99 monthly subscription without my consent. Be careful with this website.

After a one time purchase started to receive a phantom recurring monthly charge. Going to have to cancel credit card because of them.

DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY: I purchased two wands for my sister for Christmas, both of which were terrible quality and didn’t work. Beyond that, I have come to find out that they continued to charge my credit card for the next two months at an amount of $29.99 for literally no reason. This is a SCAM website, please do not purchase with them whatever you do.

took 6 weeks to receive item an then started getting a "monthly" bill of 29.99 every three weeks apparently buy buying something from this company you automatically sign up for some sort of club membership. Scam
