iMovRReviews of imovr.com

I am very happy with my new desk. Attractive design made with quality materials. Very smooth operation. Thanks to customer service for their help in managing changes I made after order was initially placed. Highly recommended.

Shipped and delivered quickly. Easy to assemble, and seems to be sturdy.

I purchased a desk with a solid wood desktop from iMovr in 2021. After a couple of years, the desktop developed a crack. When I contacted iMovr about it, their customer service was outstanding. I sent a few pictures of the crack, and they responded right away, acknowledging that the issue shouldn’t have happened and offering a warranty replacement. The original top was an expensive walnut surface — heavy and costly to ship — but they handled everything without hesitation. In fact, the replacement desktop they sent appears to have an even nicer, higher-tier finish than the original. I’m extremely happy with the replacement and grateful that iMovr truly stands behind the products they sell. It’s rare these days to find a company that backs up their quality with such excellent service.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, however the customer service was abysmal. Absolutely ZERO response after they made an error on shipping documents that cost me over $100 more than it should have. I reached out to them numerous times by email and phone and never once heard back. The product I received was great, but the experience has been marred by the lack of response and extra cost I incurred due to the company's error.

The product I received had a design flaw when used on a rug. Specifically it rotated on its own because of the grain of the carpet on the underside. This should’ve been disclosed in the description. I had to pay return shipping, even though this is a designed flaw.

I purchased a 6x3 EcoLast Hybrid Chair Mat by WellnessMats. The mat is of good quality and feels great when standing, but when sitting and using my chair, the chair will not glide easily without me first having to get out of the chair, then move it. When sitting, my chair feels like it's stuck in mud. FWIW, I have a high-end Herman Miller Aeron chair, and I have even replaced the casters to help with this issue. I also purchased (from another source) a 36x55 tempered glass chair mat to place over the hybrid mat for easier chair gliding/moving, but the beveled edges of the hybrid mat made it difficult to use - The glass hangs over the edge. In retrospect, I should have purchased a smaller portable standing mat that I could just pick up and move out of the way when I want to sit.

Easy to order. Great customer service.

My package hasn’t arrived and there hasn’t been an update to its status in over a week. I filed an issue and was told I’d have a reply in 48 hours. 48 hours has passed.
