To much misinformation on flights and payments.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to grow. Regarding the flight information, we understand the importance of having accurate details. We typically advertise vacations up to 18 months prior to departure. During this period, our pricing is based on select airports until flights fall within our system's range. Once we are within 8 to 11 months of departure, we provide specific flight information based on the package. At this stage, if there are any necessary changes regarding location or time frame, we will communicate any potential additional costs prior to confirming and finalizing tickets. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

Having learned through an email in early July about the 3/7/27 Silversea cruise and Imagine Cruising land tour to Japan ending 4/3 27, I reached out to Imagine by phone to get more details. I immediately got through to one of your excellent agents in London, Jonathan Gilchrist, and he proved to be immensely helpful over the several days it took my husband and I to finalize our decision about booking. It was crucial that we receive all the information we needed to move quickly, because Jonathan informed us that there was only one Superior Veranda suite left. He worked closely with us to analyze flight options and other details via phone and email, at the same time I did my own research into flights. Learning that only United would provide non-stop flights to Kyoto and Tokyo from SFO we booked our flights independently. On Jonathan's advice we also researched the idea of adding two nights at the end of the cruise to have more time to enjoy Tokyo, and we have done so independently. Jonathan supplied all information we needed as well as the subsequent documentation after we booked, in a very efficient and good humored fashion. Needless to say, we are very much looking forward to the trip in March. While this is in the future and it's premature for us to comment on the specifics of the tour, we booked it because we felt that the inclusions and pricing were very advantageous, and Jonathan's description of the tour (having done it himself the prior year) was especially persuasive. One final note: We understand that the US office is just getting set up and our dealings there have been limited, but we do want to acknowledge Caitlyn, who was very helpful when I needed some info quickly.

We are so pleased to read your wonderful feedback about your recent booking experience with us. It's truly rewarding to know that our team, particularly Jonathan, provided such exceptional and timely assistance in securing your desired suite and helping with your travel plans. We understand how crucial it was to act quickly, and we're glad we could support you through that process. We appreciate you highlighting the helpful advice you received regarding flight options and extending your stay in Tokyo. We are also grateful for your kind words about Katlyn's prompt support. We eagerly anticipate hearing about your trip to Japan next March and are confident you will enjoy the inclusions and value of the tour. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us.
