We had a wonderful trip. Our guide was so nice and patient. We took all the tours offered. So glad we did. Everything was planned out so well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When someone lagged behind, the guide walked back to them and stayed with them until they caught up. She seemed to truly care that we enjoyed the tour and was very interesting and well informed.

We saw a lot in four countries. Many of the little side trips were ones we would not have known about. We loved the Military Tattoo in Edinburgh and both the Scottish Dinner Show and Irish Dinner Show. We also loved our tour guide and bus driver. Image Tours gives an unforgettable experience by having comfortable accommodations, buses, great food and fun.

The Circle Tour was exceptionally well organized and the guide charming and knowledgeable. We could not have been happier.

Due to mechanical issues, American was late leaving Miami. I and five other members of the group had coordinated with Image informing them of our late arrival. when we arrived in Milan there was no clue as to what we should do. I finally found an English-speaking traveler who called the hotel for us, but the process took over two hours. Not that the tour guide should have picked us up, but SOMEONE should have made arrangements to pick up the group of six elderly travelers. Upon return, I complained and was referred to the oluminous conract which included language that late arivals would be on theiri onw. I find that entirely unacceptable, and will never use Image again for any travel.

we had a most memorabile trip to over 6 countries and enjoyed everyone of them...the food was great and the sites were beautiful...we had the best tour guide you could ever want...we would love to maybe travel to Europe again sometime in the future...I would highly recommend it
