Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Do not order from them. They claim the product will ship FedEx within 1-2 business days…. I am STILL waiting 6 weeks for this item. Please don’t fall for their flashy looking website and delivery services… they are all false. I’ve never sent so many emails to a company trying to locate where my lamp is and when it will be delivered.

I would not order again from this company. They do not ship from Texas as advertised, they ship directly from China, and therefore my order took about a month longer to arrive than indicated on their checkout page. When I did get the items, they were of pretty cheap quality and I wanted to return them. It took a lot of back and forth to get them to even entertain the idea of the return (they kept offering me gift cards to keep the items), and even then I had to accept a 20% restocking fee. They said the restocking fee policy is listed on their website, but it isn't. When I pointed this out, they said "it's listed here" and sent me a link to a page asking for customer reviews (oh, the irony!) I finally agreed to the restocking fee just out of desire to get these items returned and get at least a partial refund. I shipped my items back to them, and heard nothing for them for a whole week after the items were delivered to them. Only after I followed up 3 times, did they say they were processing my return. It was still about a week and a half after that that the return hit my account. Save yourself the headache and angst and do not order from this place.

Olivia gave me advice regarding changing my charger to power up my lanterns. I love that she took the time to get back to me with great advice-she’s a keeper!!

Olivia was quick to answer my concerns and had her Team work hard to get my delivery issue resolved. I couldn't be happier with her and Iluminating.
