I am a first time buyer with Illuminating.com and am impressed with their great customer service! I ordered 2 of the silver lamps. They are sturdy and attractive! One charged up and was ready to go, while I had issues with charging the second one. I emailed customer service and included pictures for proof of my problem and they promptly sent out a replacement lamp which works great! I won’t hesitate to buy from them again!

I purchased a gaming desk from Iluminating Modern Design (Iluminating.com) for my son’s birthday. Desk simply didn’t arrive- nearly a week after my son’s birthday, I receive an email from them saying the order has been cancelled’as per my request’! I never cancelled the order- it was paid for and just never arrived. Absolutely shocking - do not purchase from the business.
