I love these lamps! Not only are they perfect for places with no outlets they come in handy when the lights go out! I am giving several as Christmas gifts this year!

Like many Asian companies dealing in the US today, they’re liars and scammers!! They advertise “RISK FREE 30 day in home trial” yet when I contacted them one day after receiving the product to return them, they started by offering me 10% discount to keep the product. I said no I want to return it and they said fine for a 20% restocking fee and a $11.87 return label fee resulting in almost a 30% production in my refund…how is that risk free? 😡😡 Yes, they did reach out to me only AFTER I wrote this review, again they are making me jump through hoops backwards to get my refund… They sent me a link to fill out for the return, which I did early on Wed, was told that “once the request is reviewed someone will get back to you...” Today is Sunday and I still have not heard from them regarding their ‘follow up’?! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😡

I have had a terrible experience. Trying to get my money back through paypal. No receipt, no product, no tracking number, and no communication other than a paypal message after I filed a dispute. They encouraged me to email them at xxxx. Literally that was the email they provided— xxxx. Feels fraudulent at this point. ** Amended to 3 stars as I eventually received the lamps and they are fine.

Ordered 2 lamps from this website while trying several different options from multiple websites. After receiving the 2 Amazon lamps (2 for $50) before the Illuminating lamps, I was very pleased with them and their lower price range. When Iluminating lamps (2 for $87) finally arrived, I never even opened them. I am in the process of trying to return them for a refund and they have first offered 15% off the purchase….despite me never even opening the shipping box or the lamps themselves. It’s really going to upset me if they ultimately say they’ll give me store credit….ESPECIALLY because of how much I spent on this website, the unopened and unused items received and based on the fact that this company is based in “Dallas TX” and I could drive 2 hours to Dallas TX to give these items back to them if the shipping is the issue. So far, I think this company is a scam and/or does not value customer satisfaction.

Great product.

I purchased two lamps, and one of them was damaged in the mail. The company quickly replaced the damaged lamp...with no hassle, no long phone conversations. And we love the two lamps...great quality. Highly recommend this company!
