I ordered 4 lamps and one was broken due to transportation. I wrote to them and became an immediate replacement. Love these lamps and would order them again immediately.

There are several sites to purchase these lamps from. This site offered the best pricing, so I gave it a try. Very pleased, they even dim... which I didn't know at first - they need to include that in their instructions as I thought one lamp was not functioning "as bright" as the others - I just needed some instruction and all is well. Love the portability of these stylish lamps.

Overpriced cheap Chinese made and shipped staff that doesn’t work properly. When item returned, they refused to refund. Instead, they sent me a gift certificate so that I can buy more of their garbage. They must be joking! Illuminating is the reason why Amazon is more reliable place to shop. Avoid this store.

I purchased two gold cordless lamps about 6 months ago and one of the lamps just quit working- the lamp would not turn on at all when the power button was pushed. I contacted Iluminating and after sending a video showing the issue they sent a new lamp to me. Very easy to work with the company and they solved my issue!

I bought 2 Cordless lamp. One of them was not operating properly. After few exchanges with the staff the Co sent me a new one .. who is perfect this time. I am impress by this action who represented the way a Co should act when a client is unsatisfied because of a broken product. From Canada . Rachelle Fregeau

I purchased 4 Flexilamp table lamps in black from Illuminating. The lamps are very stylish and at a great price. The lamps were delivered promptly, packaged well and had regular updates on delivery etc. I thought one of the lamps was faulty and had excellent support and help from Olivia from the support team, who talked me through various ways to sort out the issue and it was all fixed. The lamps wasn’t faulty on the end 👍🤗.Olvia thank you for your help and patience. I will definitely buy again from this company.

I don't recommend! I bought two lamps and spent almost $400. They sent the wrong lamps and I was not able to change for the correct ones or return them. After almost a month of "we will contact the correct team" or "we will try to get permission for return", I did a charge back from my credit card. They contacted me immediately and send me a return label to return the lamp. I ended up buying the lamp I originally wanted on Amazon and had no issues.

I reached out to Illuminating when one of my table lamps stopped working. After a bit of back and forth, they sent me a replacement! Great customer service.
