Easy to order from website. Delivered on a timely basis. Vest comes in a great little package. Extremely lightweight. Once battery was charged, it was connected to the vest. Pressed the button for 3 seconds and I immediately felt the warmth. The heat at the neck is great.

This is my second one, the first one shrunk,,, No not really I just grew bigger I had a wet suit do that once LOL I wore the first one almost every day last winter, and I just love the heated hood, Wisconsin winters can be brutal, especially working outside this vest never seemed to fail me and made winter not seem so long, the switch can be tricky to learn how to control and the instructions arent to explicit on how to use it but overall I am very pleased wit the vest.

Best product ever!! Work in the trades outside most winter days so this thing has been tested! IHOOD is the only one that heats the front back and hood, battery is well built and lasts long (also great as a phone charger too). Definitely recommend, thumbs up!!

Good vest that heats up quickly. Needs to be made easier to get arms through the openings; they're a bit tight (and I'm slight). It would also be better if the filling was some polyester warmer filling than the cotton they use now.
