I could not be happier with every single aspect of my purchase and product from idreamprom.com. #1- Price. The dress was at a price I could easily afford, and so incredibly (and pleasantly surprisingly) affordable to upgrade to custom measurements. #2- Customer service. CSAs were in constant and almost always instant communication with me when I inquired about adding a custom petticoat to my order. For just $29.99, I was made a petticoat specific to my dress. It is perfect for it. #3- Timeliness. My dress was estimated to arrive on or before March 7, and arrived February 14. Incredible! #4- Quality. The quality of my dress is amazing. I ordered in custom measurements and added a half inch to each measurement so that I could then have the dress perfectly tailored to me once it arrived. The only alterations I need now are taking in the sides a bit and hemming the bottom of the skirt, which again, I planned, myself. Easy alterations, and because of their timeliness, I will have alterations far enough along for a fitting when my parents come to visit March 14! Overall, I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for quality gowns for a phenomenal price!!!!

I received my wedding dress this morning which is Valentine's Day! I couldn't be happier with it. Exactly what was in the picture and perfect fit. It does need to be steamed to get wrinkles out but other than that no complaints. I will recommend to my friends and family and probably a few strangers. Thank you so much :)

I will admit I was skeptical. Shopping online for a wedding dress that I didn't try on, with a very affordable price tag tops my list of risky things to do in life. However, the dress arrived one week earlier than expected, and met all my expectations. I communicated with customer service to make some changes to the one pictured on the site, and they Did not disappoint. Everything was made custom, and I requested custom size. It fit like a glove everywhere! Except... along the shoulders it did come a little big. Nothing that can't be fixed though.. I am happy as can be and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

It is made extremely well. I wish I ordered a smaller size because I have to have it altered and I don't want anyone to mess it up. I love this dress. I know my fiance is going to love it. I wish I could order a veil to match it perfectly please contact me if that is an option. Thank you guys so much

I was super nervous ordering a dress online but I loved the dress so much that I did. I wasn't to psyched about the shipping charge for normal delivery ($24.95) but whatever. I was scared that it wouldn't arrive on time but it came early! 3 days early! Woo-hoo!! I can't wait to wear it for winter formal.. Thanks idreamprom! Oh did I mention that it's spectacular and looks amazing?! Even my ex boyfriend told me it looked beautiful and we don't talk! Haha it sure is a conversation piece I love it so much I didn't wanna take it off!!

I was so nervous to purchase a bridesmaid dress off a website. I contacted the business first with any questions and concerns I had. They were wonderful they answered me back very quickly. They put me at ease, so I decided to order one dress to make sure I loved the color and material. Not only was my dress delivered much quicker then I even expected, but it was truly amazing!! It is even more beautiful then I thought. I couldn't be happier with the dress and I will be ordering 6 more of the exact same dress for all of my bridesmaids in my wedding! And I will be happy to post pictures after my wedding in June with all the girls in the dress. Thank you again dream prom for my amazing dress and for working with me so quickly.
