Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The order was shipped before the due date, they emailed me regarding when I was needing it by, and the dress quality is AMAZING! So so so pleased and I recommend Idreamprom to ANYONE needing a dress.

I was very scared to order any kind of dress on line just from hearing the horror stories. I took a chance with dreamprom because of all the good reviews. I have 8 bridesmaid's and i had to order 3 on my own . They all arrived on time even early. I am excited and happy With dreamprom! I just might change my wedding dress they have awesome prices!

It appears that if you click on their unhappy review button, it goes nowhere and doesn't post. Interesting....No wonder there aren't more reviews like mine...click the happy button and you can write a true review., so here goes...I RECEIVED A DRESS THAT HAD 2 STAINS ON THE LAYERS OF TULLE AND ORGANZA., IN ADDITION IT WAS TO BE A MINI, AND WENT PAST HER KNEES. THEY OFFERED ME NO HELP, SIMPLY TOLD ME I COULD WASH THE STAINS OUT AND TO HAVE A NICE DAY. THEY DO NOT ASK FOR A MEASUREMENT TO A PERSON'S KNEE. I AM NOW FORCED TO TRY A DRY CLEANER AND FIND A TAILOR AS THIS WILL NOT BE AN INEXPENSIVE OR EASY ALTERATION. I WILL NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE, BUY A DRESS FROM IDREAMPROM OR THEIR SISTER COMPANIES. YOU ARE STUCK WITH WHAT YOU BUY!!

Nice quality of dresses. Pleased with customer service feed back. Excellent delivery service. Bad - had to pay tax on delivery day which wasn't mentioned while ordering... Thanks to all anyway!

I am absolutely impressed with the quality and speed of the service for my order. It arrived even before the "deadline" they gave me. I paid for and gave custom measurements and when I tried the dress on it was absolutely perfect. My mother makes wedding gowns but to keep my wedding less stressful we didn't want her to make mine and even SHE was impressed with the way this dress was put together and the quality of the work. We are very picky people and loved every part of this experience. I would definitely buy from here in the future for any other special occasions.

Well it was fast at them making my dress but I just was very disappointed looks lonley on the model but I truly hated it I can't even send it back cause I special ordered it and I am a 5'1" 100lbs and it made me look like a little toad so I wasted $180.00 dollars 😣
