Seen the dress online back in January ordered it. When delivered it cost me £25 to receive it due to being a chinese co they dont pay tax so I had. Well opened it gorgeous dress BUT the lace is missing to fasten the dress and a small hole on seam line. After quite a few emails and pictures sent the refunded me $40 usd but couldn't get the lace to match. Had email from resellers ratings put my info on there dreamprom asked me to remove and would regund in full so i did still not had refund!!! After more emails I had to pay $30 usd for them to send the lace. Guess what my dress is silver grey they sent a bronze gold emailed aagain sent photos of my dress and no response so 19 days to my wedfing with no dress this has made melill with stress DONT BUY FROM DREAMPROM!!!

The bridal dress I purchased was very beautiful. I recommend to buy it and recommend also the Idreamprom.com site.

Dreamprom made my wedding dress. They made it from my exact measurements and it fit beautifully. The material was very high quality and the design was detailed and well constructed. The price was VERY reasonable and the delivery time was incredible. Thankyou Dream Prom :-)

I know that these Chinese websites can be unreliable, but I've had two great experiences now! I looked for the perfect wedding dress everywhere and kept coming back to one I saw on DreamProm for £150 so I thought, why not try? It came in the time they promised, the size was what I ordered (slightly larger than my size on purpose) and the colour is perfect! The lace is beautiful, the lining is well made and there are very few flaws in the stitching. I will get it fitted and then dry-cleaned and I bought a petticoat from Amazon for £20 so overall, i'm delighted! Good luck ladies :)
