I brought my wedding gown from Dream prom. I ordered a size 16 (one size larger than what the size chart read). when the dress arrived I loved it until I tried to zip it up. the zipper didn't run smoothly. it was way too small around the bra line. it was fine from if I held the top together but 4 inches it was too small. not what was measured per the chart. I am not big busted either. Otherwise the whole dress fix nice. When I tried to contact Dreamprom I was told to read the website and I would have to reorder a new dress or make a custom size. I ordered the next size 18w. when the dress arrived it was huge -- I mean huge and it wasn't cut like the first one. I will now have to get it professional altered totally. and cost me more than what the dress was. I was told by the seamstress that this is normal for dresses bought from this company. I did love the dress but now I am not sure if I would do this again. the second dress too had beading on it where it wasn't on the first dress. This company has poor customer service.

I went online to find and after five dress for an event I'm attending in Las Vegas. I saw this dress in red and fell in love and after reading all of the reviews I knew I had to order at least one dress size. I recieve the dress in about 8 days and the online pics don't do it justice, it's FABOLOUS! I absolutely luv it, the color is great and the keyhole opening is perfect, can't wait to wear it.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with dream prom. I ordered an "elegant mermaid trumpet sweetheart" dress. It was everything but elegant. It had a sweetheart shape but the lace was nothing like the picture; not even remotely close. It was covered in trashy sequence and beading which was not in picture; it had loose strings all over the dress bad under the mesh lace layer. You could see strings running from one poorly sewed on bead to another ( not to mention there were not supposed to be beads). This dress was embarrassing. After MANY pictures and emails sent they REFUSED to do anything except offer a $10 refund. What a joke. I brought this dress to two professional tailors and neither would even touch the dress. They said it was so poorly made they did not want to risk touching it and having it unravel more. This company sucks.

Delighted with my dress would recommend this to anyone didn't even take long to be delivered its made me so happy .

We ordered my daughters sweet 16 dress . I never order dresses or clothes before on line. Dream prom made easy. When received the dress, the look on my daughters dress was priceless. When she tried it on it fit like a glove. We are so happy that I would order again. I would also recommend this site to others. Thank you for being a true business.
