I have been a customer of Identity IQ for six years! I am currently fighting the worst security breach ever imagine. I just wanted everybody to be aware of identityIQ.com, I tried to tell them Several times to cancel my account. Itold them time and time again I COULD NOT AFFORD ANYTHING RIGHT NOW, but they always talked me into a lower monthly payment. Even though I told him I can't afford anything. However they would not give up And I stupidly stuck with them on the new lower rate Thank you and I could come up with that between now and then but I was stupid. And they were very, very, very persuasive Each and every time it has come back to bite me i* t** a**. My credit score is gone up By 60 point, since I've signed up with them. And my bank account has been over drawn twice. and feel like They're only goal is to keep taking your money at a lower rate monthly. And they're good at that don't falling to their trap. If you don't have the money to pay for them, please just tell them to stop and cancel your account and don't let them talk to you anymore. And most important, obviously, they can do the service for a lot less monthly. Because they have dropped mine monthly payment 3 times before. I finally told them not to talk to me anymore. I'm calling to cancel my account, so they are overcharging. Everybody on top of everything else. Just wanted to give you all it heads up. I'm gonna post this many, many more places. Oh, and they won't refund you money. By the way, customer service is really good. But don't listen to it, they're to say if you don't have the money, tell him to go to hell.
