This company allows you to create an account online, pay them, save payment information, etc. No need to contact customer service. HOWEVER, if you want to cancel the service you have no choice but to call them. Which is nothing but a sales tactic that is pushy and predatory. Always avoid companies that allow you to sign up for their paid service online but then requires you to call to cancel.

I won't give only one star because the service provided is actually good. My gripe is if you wish to cancel your subscription. You cannot cancel from within your account online. The only way to cancel is to call customer service and do it over the phone. You will be on hold no less than 30 minutes, likely much longer though. Anyone old enough to remember what it was like to cancel an AOL subscription back in the day will know what is coming next. They will try every angle possible to get you to not cancel, or choose a cheaper plan. If you are determined to cancel no matter what, you have to be a bit rude to the operator. I understand they are just doing their job and reading from a script but you have to be firm with them and once they understand you are serious then it gets a bit easier. They will still make offers to the very end of the call, however, after you've made it clear you're not playing, these futile offers become weaker as the call comes to the end. Good luck.

Customer service has went WAY downhill. My credit repair company uses them. When we have an issue, we only get voice-mail for customer service. If we DO get to wait on hold, we wait on hold for 12 minutes and THEN go to voice-mail. They won't Last long at this rate. Yall need to provide your credit repair partners with their own department to call. It's so unprofessional when we have a client on the phone with us. Ridiculous. I'm losing money because we still use yall.

I was forced to sign up because of a 3rd party service provider required it to obtain the info I was purchasing. They provide no email and after multiple attempts compiling an absorbenant amount of time being on hold multiple calls only to have an automated operator come on and tell me "We are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later" on some of the calls and left a message after being on hold on 1 or 2 of the calls. I put a block on my credit card and reorder a new one all because of in inability to contact to cancel my subscription. I had received attempts for them to reach me and messages left only to be instructed the call the same phone number I had called previously. After submitting this review I was immediately contacted by a representative for the company and alleged the company was in fact having extreme technical difficulties with their phone systems during the time in question. She genuinely apologized and assured me that they would be investigating why this was not handled in a better fashion. I understand things happen and its unfortunate that I was forced to leave a poor review in order to get results. I appreciate the fact that the company did in fact address these concerns and cancel my subscription so quickly once this review was posted and hope that they get things figured out.
