iContainers USReviews of icontainers.com

The biggest mistake of my life was choosing this company. They gave me a quote of 11630 Euros to import 2 x 40ft HC containers from China to Barcelona and now 2 months later I have an invoice for 47000 Euros. They keep sending new invoices every day. I am taking them to court. Stay away from this company.

iContainers wasted two weeks of my time, then cost me $1,000USD. To top it off, their representatives were rude to me, unknowledgeable, and incapable of following the simplest instructions. With any luck, this company will go out of business so they do not cause similar pain, frustration and lost of revenue for anyone else.

This is the worst shipping company I have ever used in my life. I ship pallets frequently and I have never had such a bad experience. First they are very unprofessional and are greedy. My delivery has been delayed almost a month and costed my business $10k+ in damages which I will be pursuing in court. But they do not accept fault and are terrible to work with. Icontainers decided to hire customs agents that were cheap and unprofessional which also were not specialized in the category of goods that I was shipping which was beverages. So I had to go out of my way and hire a customs agent and a week later it got by. But when the storage charge of 1.3K came by I told them that they will be covering that as it’s not my fault they were not able to pass customs. They in response told me that the information which I gave them was incorrect which is strange because my customs agent that I hired seperately had the same exact information that they had. So I knew they were just talking bs but when I kept fighting with them they eventually told me that if I don’t pay the bill they will dispose of my goods worth around 30K+. They held my goods hostage until I payed a wrongful fine. And then to make it worse. The final delivery got rescheduled now because of today the 3rd time. I’ve cancelled appointments on Thursday,Friday, and now Monday waiting for this delivery. I will be seeing all the associated companies in court and I will be getting my rightful compensation.

EL ATENDIMIENTO FUE PESIMO DESDE DESPUES DEL PAGO. ME DIJERON QUE DEBERIA DEJAR TODO LISTO PARA SER RECOGIDO, EN EL PALLET INMPERMEABLE Y LO HIZO, PERO AL RECOREGEN SACARON TODO DEL PALLET E LO LLEVARON EN VOLUMES. CUANDO RECEBI LA MERCANCIA EN EL DESTINO ESTABA DESTRUIDO UN MARCO DE GRAN VALOR SENTIMENTAL PUES LO PUSERON MALO EN EL PALLET E LO DAÑARON. ESCREBI A LA TRANSPORTADORA E ME DIJERON QUE IVAN A ACCIONAR EL SEGURO, DESPUES DE MUCHO ESPERAR (COMO QUE 2 MESES) LES PREGUNTE SOBRE EL REEMBOLSO E ME DIJERON QUE NO HABIA REEMBOLSO, QUE EL SEGURO Y TAL.

I used this company to move my stuff to Colombia from USA, it was the worst decision, they charge a first amount for the container rent, taxes ,and the shipping to your final destination, finally the ask for a deposit to make sure you return the container to the port, and this is the money they steal from you, in my case 2.500 US dollars After drooping the empty container back in the port ( where I picked it up), they said it was in a wrong port and with that excuse they stole my deposit Keep away from them Fernando

Very bad experience. Do not use them at any cost. Stay away alert. They took my money and shipped half of our shipment. When I asked for another half, their representative asked for the proof that I have originally booked. When I sent him the proof of my original shipment, he then sent me the quote which was costlier than the original one because he included other charges again. When I asked for my refund he agreed but I didn't get any refund even after waiting for two weeks. Now he stopped replying to my emails now.
