We've been using Icon to create UGC-style ads for our SaaS product and it's been a genuinely useful part of our marketing workflow. The turnaround is fast, the output quality is solid, and it saves us a ton of time versus coordinating creators manually. We've used it across multiple campaigns and the content consistently performs well. If you're a startup or small team that needs to produce ad creatives at pace without a big production budget, it's well worth it.

We hired Icon to create some UGC content for our agency (we are in the home improvement vertical). They produced high quality assets for our social media ads and were very communicative and flexible. We were able to get multiple rounds of revisions and their creators were high quality (they knew how to act and speak in front of a camera very naturally). Overall very good experience, would recommend to anyone in search for User Generated Content for their marketing, ads, or social media profiles.
