Have been using Icon for a while now. Fast reply when we needed revisions or clarifications on the ads generated. Briefing system for human UGC ads is designed well and videos are in high quality. We experienced some service disruption when Icon was doing a system upgrade, but since then, the platform has been effective and helpful to my team.

Flexible and fast. The platform is quickly evolving, so you get the benefits of constant enhancements, but also need to be patient with a product in rapid development.

I've been using Icon for awhile now and the tool is quite impressive. The UGC videos are high quality, the team is very responsive when issues arrive. They are our trusted partner for asset generation. The only thing I would improve is the assetgpt function which is a little buggy.

We’ve been using ICON for our video content and love the dynamic, modern editing style. The pricing is very competitive, and having built-in competitor analysis and creative generation tools is a huge plus. While we experienced some initial platform lag and delivery delays, the quick support team helped us resolve everything promptly.

I liked playing around with Icon— but it doesn’t feel like a normal tool with how pushy their popups feel. As a new user, I felt like I was being forced to take actions against my own will (for example I got a pop up saying “you have to download at least one ad”) which is seriously irritating as a first time user who simply wants to play around for a couple minutes to see how it fits with your marketing needs. The onboarding flow also took ages, and there was no option to skip. Same with all the other random pop-ups I was getting thrown on my screen - had to schedule a Calendly Zoom meeting with one of the team members just to freaking use the tool. Honestly, it’s a shame - Icon is probably such a great tool, but if you guys fix this approach, it would be a much better experience. Wishing you guys the very best!
