I paid $1000 for 6 ugc videos, soon after they have stopped replying to my emails and i am not able to login into my account. i already shipped the products they were transparent initially and now totally gone.

Overall, ICON provides more value then they charge for, and the team you'll be assigned will work quickly to solve any issues you may have. Time to service is fast, and overall quality is great, even if it isn't up to your standard, the team will work with you to make sure you're satisfied.

Happy with the support I got after leaving a 1 star review. I never signed up for a subscription and it wouldn’t let me cancel it. After finally finding an email address someone reached out straight away and sorted my issue asap. Updating my review based on that. Part of the original review to ensure you make necessary changes: I hit the cancel subscription button so many times and it doesn't take me anywhere. Worrying thing... there's no help or live chat button. Posting this here to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else and hopefully a professional from the company sorts this out.

Excellent service, I had soo many issues but everything was taken care of. I can directly send a email to the founder and he was there to help me out. The UGC videos turned to be very good, script and everything was taken care of and the changes and everything was very smooth.

There's no other service like Icon that can deliver the level of UGC it delivers at the price they charge. The whole setup is streamlined and makes it very easy for us to ideate, and then bring those content ideas to life. Really great service.
