Got this for my anniversary/valentines day gift. I absolutely loved it and I look absolutely amazing with it on. I cannot wait to get the matching bracelet

I placed an order on February 16 2026, contacted customer service on March 1 because I hadn’t received any update about my order regarding tracking number or status. Someone wrote back saying that there was a delay in processing. Now it’s March 14th and when I look my order up to see if there is tracking, it says my order can’t be found. This is fraudulent and frustrating they literally stole my money.

My order arrived and when I went to try the necklace on the necklace is twisted. Meaning one said doesn’t lay flat when latching the necklace together. Also, the gold looks too fake gold for me looks more like costume jewelry. When emailing the company for a return request nobody responded to my email. Very disappointed but that was expected.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! If I could give ZERO Stars I would!!! Attempted to get a refund due to the jewelry breaking out and burning my skin, and bracelet arriving broke!! They declined to refund me for the chain due to me wearing it the ONE time which is when it burned my skin and broke me out SOO BAD!!! The chat customer service was VERY responsive UP UNTIL they gave me the option to either receive a new bracelet in the mail or a refund. When I chose the refund option for the bracelet because WHY would I want another piece of jewelry that I clearly stated burned my skin and broke me out, they stopped communicating with me all together!!! I believe they were trying to stall me out so that they would not have to refund me. My original purchase date was Feb. 10, I started communicating with them on March 6 and the 30 day mark would be March 10 which by then I would be ineligible for a refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank!!!

I never received my necklace

I like the jewelry, but I don’t like the way the clasp is connected to a chain. It was advertised with a stunning diamond clasp once I received mines it had a tacky chain clasp.
