They refused to give a address for shipping the jewelry back. It broke my neck out and I requested a full refund. They gave me an address that doesn't makes no sense. They won't take this garbage back and they are trying to keep my money. Pay pal is going to know you are scamming customers.

Terrible I feel like I got scammed. Responses to my concerns were rapid until I requested a refund now I am being ignored and given the run around. Do not shop with this brand. Also learned it stole its design from Christin Marie Studios, using their promotional videos but selling jewelry of lesser quality. I would highly recommend avoiding being scammed by icey queen

I purchased a ring that stated in the description it was 925 Sterling Silver. I started wearing the ring and about 3 weeks later I noticed the prongs were starting to change colors. I've been wearing sterling silver ALL my life and know sterling silver DOES NOT turn. When I reached out to the company they first said they would make this right. Asked me to send in a picture, which I did. They then sent back a message that said, because it had a been a month since I purchased the ring there was nothing they could do. Any company that thinks it is ok to FALSE ADVERTISE should not be in business! I think it is the absolute worst customer service to completely LIE about the quality of the product and then use timing to state "there is nothing you can do about it."

Received part of my order quickly. They were out of an item and emailed me an alternative, which I appreciated. I’m still waiting on the other items but they should be here next week

It’s a beautiful ring and sizing is perfect. Only issue is the ring prones stick out at the top and it did a job on my laced dress.

The price was reasonable, the shipping didn't take long, about 2weeks max, and the look and the quality of the necklace and bracelets is beautiful. My mom liked mines that much, I purchased her a set as well. Thanks Icyqueen ❤️👍

My $150 purchase was delivered to the wrong address as the delivery driver took 3 pictures clearly showing it was dropped off at an abandoned apartment. I notified customer services and was told to show pictures of my door which I did. They then said they were verifying with the delivery service and then refund me. When asked again to refund me they stopped responding. I was never refunded. Update: After writing this review this company was able to give me a full refund which was GREATLY appreciated. I would still caution anyone buying their products as this was a very upsetting experience.
