I purchased a necklace from Icey queen that took some time shipping because they had to customize. I was told in an email they had to restart the customization because the one that went through inspection had the wrong stones in it. Well they ended up sending me the wrong one anyway and now is telling me that I ordered it and I know i didn't. There giving me the run around with fixing this issue don't want to exchange/refund or even take a percentage off I mean something yall sent the wrong item. Meanwhile I have spent lots of money with them on past orders. I asked for a refund but they are telling me because it was custom they can not take it back. This is terrible business and they will never get my money again. Yall be careful.
