Fast and efficient

Received filter damaged. Had no packing at all! just came in a cardboard box. They said if plastic wrap similar to thin as Ceram wrap was ripped they could not accept it back. That is like saying as long as the box isn't damaged we can accept it back. Of course the little packaging they had which was Ceram wrap would be damaged. Scam company, will not warranty. It had little brown crystals all over inside of the box in which that is what was inside the filter. kind of looked like dirt.

The tool didn't work.

I have left messages because my ice machine does not work. I like the machine but I have never seen it work. I just want someone to talk to there's no where to call just email.

I have not received my item. When I inquired, I was told it was lost in transit and another one would be sent out and I would get a tracking number once that was sent. I never received a tracking number for the first one so not sure how it got lost in transit when I believe it was never sent

Placed an order directly to avoid going through amazon. Got a tracking number, which was promptly cancelled by sender with no notice. I emailed customer service. A day goes by, and my order arrives despite no functioning tracking number. I get a separate email after the first one with different, also cancelled tracking numbers. Customer service gets back to me with no explanation for why the shipment was cancelled the first time. Then I received three separate emails asking me to write this negative review. Overall, a very strange and uncertain experience as a first time customer.

We ordered the ICEPURE cooler because it offered an ice maker and 3 water temperatures. When the unit arrived, we noticed that the plastic top on which the water bottle rests was cracked. We contacted support to request a replacement part for the piece that was cracked. Iris from support offered to send us a whole new machine which we received a couple of days ago. We love the machine. It works great, has nice design and the ice making function is very convenient. Iris has been an efficient and courteous problem solver for us.
