Good pricing and delivery

I like that it came with a drain pump i like that it makes all the ice i could ever want and easy to install

Machine is not working properly and hasn’t since we’ve moved into our newly built home. I’ve reached out to customer service and at first I was getting replies every couple days, but now I haven’t heard back from them. I’m very disappointed and I want the icemaker repaired or replaced ASAP.

I have had continual issues with my ice maker. Customer service did send a replacement after several weeks of troubleshooting. This machine also has issues. I have to manually restart it at least every 48 hours if not more often. Very disappointing.

Via Bol bestelling geannuleerd, snel geld terug Toch maar weer besteld, weer een lege doos geleverd, nu alert en het pakket geweigerd Icupure bakt er niets van

Overall a great experience. The product itself is excellent. If you want really cold water, down around 5°C, you just need to give it some time to get there, but once it does it's ice cold and the taste is very good. No complaints on the product side at all. Their support was also very helpful. I messaged them on Facebook and got a quick, clear response. You can also reach them over live chat or email if that's easier for you. The only issue was the delivery. FedEx was way too slow and the delivery schedule got changed three times before it finally arrived, which was frustrating. That said, the company itself has been good to deal with and the product was worth the wait. Would recommend.
