el personal de la empresa ALAMO engañoso, te agarran a las 4 de la mañana despues de haber viajado 9 horas sin dormir bien y te estafan, te preguntan si queres cambiar el auto por otro por solo 12 dolares y sin pensarlo decis que si, al final te das cuenta que son 12 dolares por dia y ese auto te termina saliendo mas caro que si en un principio alquilaras una camioneta. No recomiendo para nada a ALAMO RENT A CAR

We had an unfortunate booking with Ibookacar. We were presented with a car smaller than the one we booked when we arrived at Alamo car rental at Nashville airport. We booked a five door Nissan Versa Note or similar and was presented with a Fiat 500 with three doors and hardly any space for luggage in the back. We had to buy a 220 (plus tax) dollar upgrade due to this. Maybe Alamo is to blame but since we booked through Ibookacar i figure they are responsible. All they offered us was 5% discount on our next rental, which in my oppinion is a lousy compensation.

As I said unbeatable price for the good package but when I tried to ammend the reservation/booking and to change my credit card it was not as easy and some costs applied.

Recomendo o Ibookacar, fui bem atendido pela Alamo e o carro escolhido atendeu plenamente. Próxima viagem utilizarei o Ibookacar para reservar um veiculo.
