This service was really easy to use and I had no issues during the trip. The deal involved reputable brands and was very competitive on price. I was concerned about the various (elective) insurances during travel to the US. The packages delivered via I Book were all inclusive of these and there weren't any hidden charges at the rental desk.

I booked a car for three weeks in the USA, with Alamo. (I'm from Australia) i was a little hesitant at first, as the rate i was given was a thousand dollars less than booking direct through Alamo. Too good to be true i thought. I googled and did review searches, could find too much negative press, so went with it. The charge came up as Madrid, as the company is based in Spain. As soon as i made the booking, i logged onto the Alamo website and double checked my reservation. It was all there, all paid for, except for the one way fee which i paid locally. I have no hesitation recommending this booking service to anyone, and if i require a hire car again, i will be using ibookacar. I saved over $1000 by using this company! thanks.

I didn't have any problems with my car rentals from Alamo.the staff were friendly and helpful.It didn't take long once I got to the counter and would use them again.It was quicker booking online just handed over my details and was picking up the car in 5 minutes.

I was a bit dubious about paying for a month's rental in advance and having nothing to show for it but a "voucher", but the reviews all looked bona fide and the saving was significant, so I tried it. Everything went fine. When I got to the rental desk at the airport, I just gave them the voucher, my license and a credit card and there were no problems. The rental was at Alamo in Columbus, Ohio. Our full-size car turned out to be a Chevy Malibu, which is a bit questionable (chevy themselves categorize it as a midsize car!), but most rental car companies in the US seem to be giving out smaller cars in the "full-size" category now. I did wonder whether if I had instead got a "standard" or "intermediate" car if I would still have received a Malibu - probably. Fortunately, the trunk of the Malibu turned out to be huge, so everything fit OK. I don't think this was related to our using a voucher as last time I rented was from Budget and they gave me a Camry as a full-size car - again, pretty iffy! Alamo gave us our pick of any Malibu in the line and I guess we picked the right one as we drove it for a month with no problems at all. Return to Alamo was hassle free and took only a couple of minutes.

Excellent service. Really great option to ease the rental process. I also used their support via Skype and it was perfect, they were very attentive and fast.

Insurance was comprehensive and very affordable for the international traveler. I will always use this outfit.
