Jens, Thank you for you comments. As we previously informed you by email the car category that you selected through our website is Compact. Alamo informed us that you were offered a car of the reserved category. This means that Alamo and Ibookacar.com complied with what you reserved. It is our priortity to provide good customer service, that is the reason why, when you sent the complaint we decided to offer you a discount. The team.

Carol, we certainly appreciate your comments. However it seems important to clarify a few points: 1- You rented your vehicle in the middle of the high season where it is expected to have a delay with major rental companies such as Alamo Rent a Car 2- Alamo provides a Kiosk service to avoid lines, using it the whole process can be completed in just a few minutes 3- With regards to the car smell, we can only refer to the fact that you could have changed the vehicle at that same moment. Alamo gives you the option to select the driven vehicle personally from within the available ones We certainly hope you understand that Ibookacar.com worked in the best possible manner and that all hired services were provided in full...

Mr. Laurinaldo Thank you for your feedback. Our primary concern is to provide the best customer service and prices for all our customers. We have contacted Alamo Rent a Car with regards to your case to know exactly what had happened. They informed us tha your specifically requested a Chevrolet Tahoe like in your previous rental. The Chevrolet Tahoe is a Full Size Suv and your had reserved a Standard SUV, that is the reason why you were upgraded. Standard SUVs were available at that moment. Note that our Prepaid Vouchers always contain our direct telephone numbers to resolve any situation immediately. In your next rental we recommend you to conatct us to sort out any inconvenience you may have when collecting the car. The team of Ibookacar.com
