i love your company, i've been renting from you for years, but you've raised your prices a lot

terrific booking site but when i went to check on the booking with Hertz, was not fully insured and the toll charge per rental was huge

When we arrive to Alamo desk in Orlando we were informed that we need additional insurrance in order to have full coverage. That was not infomed when i made my reservation.

Was disappointed that we didn't received the car that we ordered, (mustang sports car) we were happy with the replacement (sports car) but not at cost to us of an extra $48 a day.

The rental went OK, with the pre-paid voucher being accepted without issues. Be advised that the Roadside Vehicle Assistante is not included in the fare. There are other rental websites that do include roadside assitance service in the fare (the total price being the same as the ibookacar website, but you can´t pre-pay). Next time I will look for a fare that includes the roadside assistance.

I purchased a package on your site that said it included full insurance coverage. When I arrived at the counter at Alamo they told me that I only had partial coverage. They also mentioned that it was a separate insurance company and not through Alamo so if I had an accident I would have to call ibookacar.
