I sent an email asking about the insurance and never got answered. I'm trying to cancel my booking and I can not find the correct way to do it.

2 Es muy facil pedir la cancelacion de la reserva. Si entra a ver su reserva vera que debajo de la fecha en que se hizo hay un enlace donde se puede solicitar la cancelacion.

A rental reservation made two months…
A rental reservation made two months ago for a minivan at Alamo was not confirmed and they did not have a car for me.
I had to make a new reservation at National at the airport.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, it should say in very clear print that this offer is not for Americans renting a car in the United States. Alamo does not honor this transaction for domestic rentals. Be advised. It becomes a hassle. Tried to call ibookacar and only got a leave a message.

Hello Malcolm, All customer must accept our Terms and Conditions. They clearly state that our rates are not available for US residents.
This is what you accepted to confirm the car rental reservation.
The rate includes;
CDW. Collision Damage Waiver
Theft Protection
Supplemental Liability Insurance
Premium location fees.
Local/ State taxes
Unlimited mileage.
1 additional driver.
The rate doesn't include
One way fees (where applicable).
Additional extras requested at time of booking and payable locally such as ski racks or child seats or Personal Accident Insurance
GPS
Underage fees
Fines, Toll fees and Parking Charges.
US and Canadian License Holders
Our rates are not available to holders of US or Canada driving licenses.

Lost my money on my rental car booking
I arrived 9am, 28/9/16 at Alamo car rental, 340 O'Farrell st San Francisco. I waited in line for an hour to alter my booking, I was told by Alamo to call your company which I'd previously booked the car through, it was now 10.15 when I called and got through, I was told it was too late to alter my 10am booking I had no choice but to cancel my booking and I had to forfeit $198 usd. The 4 day car rental cost me $264usd, I am very angry with iBookacar.com, would never recommend to anyone and will advise anyone against using said company. I believe I am due a refund as I arrived early enough to change the booking it wasn't my fault they were so busy that I had to wait over an hour to talk to representative, I believe I am due a refund of $198usd.please advise when I will receive this refund, thank you,

The 5th of October ibookacar.com refunded to your credit $210.This is before the date you reviewed our site. We kept as cancellation fee $50.
As regards the resason of the cancellation rembember that we confirmed a new booking while you were at the location with the new drop off location that you requested. You were also informed that returning the car in a different Estate a drop fee would be collected. You immediately asked us to cancel the reservationl.You didn`t want to pay a drop fee.
We enclose the chat where you requested the amendment, we confirmed a new reservation with a new drop off fee and you asking as to cancel.

Usted hizo una reserva de pago en destino y pagó mas de lo informado porque retiró un carro de una categoria mas alta a la originalmente reservada.Todos los cambio de categoria del vehículos conlleva a un precio mas alto Con respecto al GPS si usted cree que no funciona lo puede cambiar en cualquier oficina de Alamo. Saldo pendiente
Una vez que hice la compra en su sitio, cuando llegue al mostrador de álamo me dijeron que tenía todavía un saldo pendiente y fueron 60 dólares más!!! Eso es un engaño total.

La gasolina no está incluida en la tarifa que usted pagó en nuestro stio. Lamentamos que al llamarla telefónicamente para explicarle el cargo nos haya cortado la llamada.

A empresa vende por um preço e mostra com letras garrafais o preço e na verdade é apenas parte do valor que vale o serviço. O problema é que descobrimos isso somente quando vamos pegar o carro.

You made a booking with pick up location Las Vegas and drop off location Salt Lake City. All car rental companies collect a one way fee between these two cities
Our site informs of this one way fee in three different instances.
1 During the booking process we let the customers know the amount of the one way, which depends on the distance between the cities.
2 The Terms and Conditions, that you read and accepted to complete your reservation, also informs that a one way, if applicable , will be charged locally.
3 The pre-paid voucher that you received shortly after you made the booking also showed the amount that will be collected locally.
It is our aim to provide clear information about any matter involved in a car rental. We really regret that you did not read in any of the three mentioned instances

Aluguei um Dodge Average e me deram um Cruiser, que não o considero similar e nem a revista 4 rodas. Ou seja, me senti enganado e se isto tivesse ocorrido no Brasil eu correria atrás do ressarcimento, tanto material como moral.
