DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. While the tub is nice, very attractive, within 3 months, the jets stopped working. I have been trying to work with the company to resolve this issue. They have responded by email but have yet to address getting the tub fixed. I only hear from them when I send my monthly email asking why this hasn’t been resolved. They are presuming it’s the switch to turn on the jets. I have no idea whether that is the issue or something with the motor. In any case, the jets don’t work. Customer support (which you can only reach by email) claims the part is on ‘back order’. I’m tired of having spent a lot of money for this tub and its main purpose does not work. I see no easy resolution to this. I have asked to either refund my money or replace this tub. Crickets.
