The bath tub arrived when and as expected. Customer support was responsive when I requested detailed specifications for the tub to prepare the plumbing and electrical. About 1 month after the order I did get a spam email saying there was a problem with my payment. The email came from a Gmail account so I contacted Empava to verify it's authenticity and they confirmed it was not from them.

We absolutely love this 2 person whirlpool tub! As with any large tub, it does require a lot of water if you are using the whirlpool jets! The waterfall and hand held sprayer as well as the lights are really nice. Would have rated 5 stars. But it does not come with any electrical connections which delayed our final installation. We also had issues with the Fill line Sensor which enables the whirlpool to operate. It is just a Re-Set function on new installation. But it took 5 days for the service dept to get back to us to tell us how to re-set it. We have only used the full functions once. But it is lovely so far. The headrests and shape is very comfortable.

Lot of installation setbacks.Drain is exactly where marked on drawing for connecting to your drain line.It has to be aside, or you have to lift the bathtub, as flexible hose is 1 1/4 " in diameter. The skirt is attached with low quality SS screws. In our case we had to cut the base frame so the bathtub to go through the door frame in upright position.Welded back with SS flux core wire, but walls are extremly thin, so careful with DC welder settings. Skirt was reattached with 20 new SS screws as old have had stripped heads. Electric box was placed opposite to the drawing.Please assure 90°corner wall to wall, before setting tiles. Skirt is removable from the back only. We love the finish product.

Very knowledeable sales staff, Great product that is well designed and made. Our only complaint was with the shipping company who had poor tracking and took longer than they promised to deliver.
