I waited an extra two weeks to receive…
I waited an extra two weeks to receive this tub and paid extra to get black hardware and it came with chrome. Customer support was a pain to deal with and my tub has to go in today. I can’t wait another month to get a different one.

Hello We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. All Empava tubs come pre-installed with chrome fixtures. When different colored fixtures are purchased, they will be sent separately, and you need to install them yourself.
