I have used Hyros for well over 2 years and it has been absolutely indispensable for my business. I sell an online, digital product using organic and paid traffic. It is true that Google and Facebook's ad tracking is highly inaccurate. I use Hyros to offset this and track everything (including email marketing). If you have a company and want to actually scale as well as avoid losing money then get Hyros, otherwise, you'll have to get where to spend your marketing budget. Thanks for this amazing product!

I originally looked at many Hyros competitors and eventually signed up for one of them. I felt Hyros was a bit expensive for what we needed. After 2 months I cancelled and signed up with Hyros. Everything was perfectly smooth and I got all the reports and information I needed for some really successful campaigns. But after my year was up I cancelled and went to yet another cheaper product. Once again, I cancelled and went back to Hyros. There is just no point going anywhere else if you are looking for the best tracking and attribution software. More so, even if you could find something equal you will not find a team more dedicated and more responsive to your needs. They always get back to you with updates even if they don't have an immediate solution. In fact, they have asked twice to do a zoom because they didn't want to keep texting. There's a reason you pay a bit more for Hyros and it ends up saving you a fortune in time and results. As the owner of a high level agency we don't have the time to try and figure out problems or wait days for someone to respond. At Hyros it's clear they mean business when it comes to customer service and responsiveness. A few of these 1 star reviews about no refunds or billing practices are absurd. There is no way this is happening at Hyros. When I was thinking about Hyros at the beginning there was no pressure to sign. When I cancelled after my first year they cancelled immediately as requested and when I re-signed a few months later they gave me my original price even thought there was an increase. I find it very dubious that anyone would complain about Hyros customer service. Bottom line if you are professional looking for accurate tracking and attribution across your channels Hyros is your go to. Don't waste your time like me looking for something cheaper. Hyros customer service alone is worth the price.
