Hyros is a very complete platform, and it helps a lot with tracking marketing data. Special thanks to Dorin's support team, who have always been available to take my questions. My only feedback is to have short tutorial videos available on the platform to help users with the most common questions

Our onboarding specialist, Vlad, was very helpful and worked to problem solve our issues. He made extra time to make sure we got things set up correctly.

My experience with Hyros started a bit rocky. There was an oversight where I didn’t get contacted by a representative to get my account setup. But after speaking with Marcelo we got everything figured out and Nour has been very responsive and helpful. A few cons I’ve experienced is that the setup was incredibly difficult. I built an entire Wordpress website but I couldn’t setup the Hyros integrations. For all of the technical advances with AI the setup felt a bit archaic and not very user friendly. As for the positives, you get a lot of data, customized dashboards, reports, and the team is very helpful.

Using the software is very intuitive and it just does what it should do! The onboarding is very smooth and you feel supported in setting everything up. I did have some tracking leaks that seem to be unresolvable but maybe that's just my situation. I decided to continue using Hyros anyway as it did fulfil most of my needs.

From the initial setup to ongoing assistance, they have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. While the interface may not be as intuitive as we initially hoped, the abundance of well-documented resources provided by Hyros has been a saving grace. The Hyros platform has proven to be a powerful tool for tracking performance and optimizing our campaigns. Whenever we've encountered challenges or needed clarification, the Hyros team has been quick to respond and assist, further enhancing our experience.
