Hyros works great for my business that's centered around booking qualified strategy calls. I'm able to optimize the ads by true ROI, even over long periods of time (not cost per call or cost per lead). I can't speak for any other type of business, but this is a no brainer for me. I nerd-ed out on the support docs as well, which gave me a really good understanding of what to do since i'm no data wizard. Marcos is my rep and he's always been more then helpful and never leaves me hanging. There's a ton of advanced features that I don't use right now, but just the basic ones are enough to justify the cost for my business.

Hyros is a powerful tool, it helped us a lot with tracking Ads for many clients, its a quick 3 step setup: 1 - Setup your tracking domain and install script 2 - Integrate Ad Networks and Gateways with 1 click integration 3 - Append Hyros parameters in ads. It takes 15 minutes to set it up all. After this you need to know how to properly generate reports. One of the hidden feature is it collects email even when user is typing. Their chrome extension also gives a clear instant picture of whats happening so you can scale ads rather than relying on conversion count under facebook or google which can take time and are also not accurate.

Hyros is a complete no-brainer for anyone spending more than $10,000 USD per month on paid media because without it you are making decisions based on inaccurate data. And plus, their level of support is next-level. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I've been using Hyros for the last couple of years, while it has a pretty extensive setup (depending on the number platforms used) - it does exactly as promised, tracking from first touch to sale, and a whole host of other data that is both native to the platform but also set up by the Support team. Which leads me to my next point : I'd love to give a great big shoutout to their Support, not only can the chat be integrated to our Slack, but they are always at the ready for my questions with concrete responses, and solutions.
