Hyros has been a gamechanger for our use of various advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YT, Google Ads). Their support was extremely attentive in the onboarding making sure we a) got everything set up correctly and then b) leveraged the increased throughput of data to run tests and improve our ad performance. While Hyros is a pricey tool, we've found it completely worth it. I recommend you give it a shot and see if your experience is the same.

We have been using Hyros for about a year and a half now and have been very satisfied with the accuracy of the data it provides as ad platform's native data reporting is typically very inaccurate and makes it difficult to make informed business decisions. We have Hyros support in our Slack and they are extremely helpful and quick to respond when we need assistance. Whether you are a small company or large you can't rely on native data reporting or you won't have clear optics. Get Hyros, it'll help you out significantly!

Hyros is a great platform to track ad attribution at a very high level. Without Hyros we would be burning $10’s of thousands in wasted ad spend every month. If you think Hyros is expensive, wait until you see how expensive your ads are without using a software like this. I promise you’ll end up scaling ads that really aren’t profitable. Great software, super useful to see exactly where your customers are coming from (down to the ad and audience) + seeing all the touchpoints like clicking a link on a YouTube video or an email newsletter. The support team is superb, any time I’ve had a question or issue they were quick & efficient in solving the situation. Overall, a must-have software for any business that does online advertising.

I was tasked with ensuring accurate attribution and tracking across multiple channels, multiple funnels, and multiple product offerings. First, the support documentation is excellent with screenshots and clear language where even I was able to set most things in place. Where I fell short, I was able to reach out to Hyros and they have gone out of their way to promptly respond to my questions and double check my work. We are now optimizing our ads based on accurate data and optimizing for sales (instead of questionable FB data and calls booked). Already seeing improved show up rate and quality of booked calls.
