Thanks to my account manager I have been able to set correctly my account in each advertising platform. The tracking is working perfectly and I'm already seeing some useful results.

100% Best Customer Support! Cesar over at Hyros has been helping us out and doing a really good job taking the time that everything's running properly. He does weekly checkups as well which is really nice. The software is also super sweet and we're now able to see where exactly all of our leads are coming from! We're now able to see where exactly our leads are coming from and optimize based off that! Before we were focusing more on leads and cost per conversion but now we're able to focus our efforts on sales which truly matter.

Always super quick to respond and help. Are willing to hop on calls to do full break down of issues and how to resolve them. The tracking is as accurate as one can hope to have once it's fully setup.

Good luck stopping the service. It is next to impossible to stop their service.. Feel like I being strong armed... Constantly being asked, " why are you stopping? Then get the "our support team will get right back with you"...Then you get billed again There is no phone help - another red flag... Had to call my credit card to cancel..

Hyros allows us to get accurate data on Facebook and google ads spend. They have a great integration with Shopify that allows us to see exactly what products sold for each campaign so we can calculate the true ROI for each campaign.
