It's been a great experience. It's a very powerful tool and Catalin, my customer rep has been amazing to work. Smart guy and super helpful. The software is working well and helping me see data more clearer than I ever have before.

Took a few weeky to get it fully and correctly integrated in our stack of software, but it absolutely helps getting a more accurate view of RoAS, customer journeys, and enables deeper tracking than even our CRM.

I am proactively asked about my satisfaction and get help within minutes. HYROS has definitely brought us a higher ROI. Especially on Black Friday, you miss out on a lot of sales without HYROS.

Hyros changed the game for us. It gave us clear insights into each ad's performance, allowing us to quickly allocate budget to the most successful ones. So I first used Hyros back in 2019 for my ecom store. Was great then but much more simple. Moved on from my business that I had back then to get back on Hyros in June 2023. What a difference in capabilities in those years! My setup today runs 8 different stores with a pretty wild setup but they were very accommodating. Their support is definitely A+ in answering all the questions I had. Mind you, I am also using another attribution software at the same time. So why did I go with Hyros again? I wanted double confirmation and real time reporting especially for google ads. Their browser extension is clutch for both google and FB. As you may know, google ad conversions have quite a delay for attribution, so it's nice to see the daily data instantly allowing me to make decisions especially on Big sales days like BFCM (which basically told me to go full send) I was also able to see that my FB ads were massively over reporting and I was essentially burning $80,000-100,000 cash there per month. So, Hyros basically let me know FB wasn't working much and that I should crank it down and let google and bing do their thing. Boom massive increase in Net profit. Overall, pretty pleased. Went from 1 mil in revenue to 3 million/mo in Q4 and the ROI has been nothing short of fantastic! Haven't really done anything extra other than cutting or raising budgets.
