I manage a multi-million-dollar budget for a very well-known brand, and I started using Hyros two years ago. They have helped us scale significantly and I would not recommend media buying without it. The service they provide us is superb - Marcelo is always available to promptly troubleshoot whenever an issue arises, and the resolution time is immediate. They are also adding new features based on customer feedback. Recently, they launched an app so I'm ever grateful I can pull up our stats when I'm not at my computer. Thank you Hyros!

If you are an advertiser -- there becomes a point where you are: 1. Spending a lot of money on ads 2. Spending a lot of time creating ads This is typically when you realize that the ad platform you use is not giving you accurate results on which ad is working or not. And when you don't know which ad is actually bringing money back into your business, you risk shutting off the wrong ad. So I, like many other advertisers, turned to Hyros to fix this important problem. My experience has been incredible thus far and I consider this a "MUST HAVE" software for any advertiser or business that advertises. I created over 1,000 different ads last year and Hyros tracked the correct dollar amount for all of them. It's what allowed me to spend $3,000 per month up to $3,000 per day and growing. The customer support is also fantastic -- as they have a choreographed success team that sets it up with you. And is there via live chat for any help you may need. Shoutout to Jocelyn for being the best support rep ever! In short: I wouldn't be advertising without Hyros.

There was a moment I thought I needed help in getting more revenue. Without leads, no revenue, right? Wrong. I hired an ad agency and they spend way to much money on ads. Sure we got a bunch load of paid leads, but, but, but... where these the ones that brought the money? Hyros proved the money came from other sources, so I stopped the money spending ads and started earning money again. Despite of the reports from the ad platforms, Hyros showed where the money comes from. I love the 'first click' and 'last click' reports since I then can see if retargeting works. Oh, and great onboarding support. Thank you Mark!
