Hyros is my go to software for scaling up ads on multiple platforms. I couldn't provide the service to my clients that I do without it and the support team, especially Marcelo has been awesome to work with!

Impossible to cancel. The account executive cannot cancel it for us and the customer service guy does not reply/ignore us. Insane lack of customer focus for a product that does not even work

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustration you've faced – this is not the experience we want any of our customers to have. We aim to make every step, including cancellation, as straightforward as possible, and I apologize if that wasn’t your experience. If you could provide the email associated with your account, I’ll personally review your case to ensure this is resolved promptly. Please rest assured, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help. Thank you for your patience and for giving us a chance to make things right.

It blew my mind to notice how wrongful is the data thrown back from Facebook ads, without Hyros I would have never been able to keep track of what really it's happening, there was some days when facebook would only get the right data tracked only 25% when 75% would attribute the sale to things that are not working. Very impressed.

Honestly without this software I probably couldn't even scale my ads. It's crazy how much difference there is in reported revenue when you use Hyros. Another thing i want to mention is their support. Marcos on that team is awesome and he helps me through any question or advanced feature i want to try out. Its a pretty robust software so the fact that you can chat with real people to help you out within a few minutes is something that I love tbh versus some bot or random VA's. All in all, Hyros rocks and you're sleeping if you aren't tracking like this

Best tracking software, a game changer! My company was trying quite a few until we found Hryos. Not only you get an amazing software but also a dedicated team to help you. Special Thanks to Cristian, our Onboarding Analyst.

Hyros is awesome software, frankly before we used it we were just shooting blind and had no accurate way to track our ad or organic data. Plus, the support team is awesome!
