I have been working with Hyros for about 1 year now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. In the beginning it took a while to get set up and start seeing the results of using their software because we needed to gather data and set everything up but since then it's been a smooth ride. I had a few hiccups with the response time in the very beginning but when I brought it up to Hyros support they immediately addressed it and took care of it, and ever since then their support has been amazing! Jaime Aranguren and Carlos Aragon are the main people I talk to and they are always there to answer my questions and help me find solutions. They've helped me implement Hyros accross YouTube, Tik Tok, & Facebook. The support is by far among the best I've experience at any company. If you run ads, you should not be running ads without using Hyros. The difference between the reporting of the ad platforms and the hyros reporting are completely different and Hyros is always accurate. Before I had hyros we couldn't scale because we kept turning things off that were working but were not reporting correctly in the ad platform, since we got Hyros we have been able to better optimize our ads. I highly recommend this to anyone spending money on ads.

Avoid this app at all costs, you will be stuck paying for it forever. I asked them to cancel my account, yet the next month I am now still being charged for the subscription. They said "Your account has been canceled, and no further payments will be made" Yet I am still being charged with no option anywhere to cancel. Scam company.

It's a great tool with knowledgable support that can multiple languages.

My review is different than most. YES the software is awesome... but none of that matters if there is a problem in your overall Meta/Google/YTube setup! After spending thousand upon thousand of wasted dollars on ads that were not producing... ONE COMPANY was able to fix the issue. HYROS! In particular... Carlos (the technision). Why... because the stayed with us until the issue was resolved. The problem was Google Tag Manager pushing "Double" sales stats to Meta! Hyros fixed and and BOOM REAL DATA!!!! To us... it's the company behind the software that makes the difference. BTW: Cometly FAILED!!

Super happy with the support from marcelo in the set up process and it seems to be tracking everything pretty well since we installed. Great having the Hyros tracking injected into the ad platform with the chrome extension.
