I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support I have received. For days, I have been reporting an issue with incorrect analytics, but no one seems to take it seriously. Every time I reach out, I am told that the engineers will look into it, yet nothing has been resolved, and I receive no updates. Considering the high amount we pay for this service every month, I expected a much better level of support and professionalism. Unfortunately, my assigned support representative, Bernardo, has been completely unhelpful, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation has been handled. At this point, I feel like my concerns are being ignored, and I am left dealing with a broken system without any assistance. This is completely unacceptable!
