HyrosReviews of hyros.com

Ads have been a lot more profitable since the addition of Hyros. Daniel, our rep is always quick to respond and very informative. Thank you Hyros, we appreciate the service you guys have built, it has greatly benefited our business.

My feedback is two ways: Negative: Becker says in the upfront videos that there will be no pressure. Well ... I was "motivated" to join quickly to get a certain discount. I even asked if the price is then "fixed" and got the answer "Yes" (I have even screen shots) Now, after the first cycle the price was increased by 43% 🤯 and they stick to it. I contacted them. So, I feel lied to and manipulated to get me on board. And this kind of behavior is hugely frustrating This would be a one star rating Positive: The platform is great, it helps to see the journey that leads had and I can optimize my ads and target audiences based on the results that I'm seeing. I would give 5 stars for the platform - after price increase only 4 stars But still ... emotionally, it feels like they lost me. Especially after being lied to. My sales reps also do mistakes (that's human), but I would always hold the word that they gave, since they are in contact with customers. But the official answer was very disappointing: "I understand your frustration. After checking with the billing department, they confirm that the discount was active at that time and not for eternity..." I have been promoting Hyros to colleagues but will also stop that now.

Worse onboarding experience ever. I was informed of so many different prices, informed this, informed that. Charged when I should not have been and replies to my emails, gee, was kind of like I was living back in the dark ages of snail mail again... Ultimately this is ashame as it has wasted so much of my time! To my disappointment back to the drawing board.

Hyros is pretty complete with its dashboards and the customer's service team is pretty good.

We've been using Hyros for multiple clients, primarily for tracking the customer journey and offline conversions attribution. The platform provides detailed insights that help us optimize campaigns with confidence. Attribution is significantly more accurate compared to standard tracking tools, allowing us to make data-driven decisions more effectively.
