Avoid at all costs. You’ll get better, reliable tracking by rolling your own conversion API setup.

My experience with Hyros has been nothing short of outstanding. My account rep, Zach, is extremely helpful and well-versed and always helps out in things even beyond Hyros. Hyros itself has improved our business process tenfold and makes tracking ten times better and reduced so much extra work. Pixel tracking itself has improved as well. Outstanding product. Marcelo is hands gave us the best customer service from any company I'ver ever had. He's helped me not only get things done, but understand how, this was probably my 10th time meeting with him and every time he's been very present, determined, polite, and patient. Good job Hyros on hiring Marcelo.

Honestly I never write reviews and I am also a hater of most SaaS platforms but this one adds IMMEDIATE value to your business. If you are running ads and not using this you are wasting money. The set up was very easy thanks to my account manager Andrei - the Hyros team is so knowledgeable about this it's insane to think I've been flying blind for so long without it. Paid for itself week 1. Can't recommend enough!

Don’t use hyros. Beware. They don’t honor the 90 day trial period and won’t refund your money. We didn’t find any significant benefits or “insights” beyond what’s already available from several other resources like anytrack and Shopify apps that cost $20-50/month instead of $500 like hyros. They also appear to be located in Eastern Europe where they can do want they want with your data. I don’t think it was a coincidence we had a DDOS attack initiated the day after we attempted to cancel.
